This appointment also includes an initial treatment session.
As per your condition Symptoms, assessment / outcome measures and your goals our therapist will design a treatment plan.
You will attend treatment sessions as per the plan where you will receive hands on therapy including joint adjustments / mobilizations, soft tissue release, needling etc. Adjunct modalities will be used to fasttrack your healing or manage pain like status ultrasound, shockwave , laser , spine decompression, IFC etc
Exercise programs will be provided to be done under supervision or at home.
