Aches and pains are common with all the bodily changes that happen during pregnancy. Prenatal Massage is considered safe and incredibly beneficial in all stages of pregnancy Common discomforts during pregnancies that can be targeted with massage therapy are backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, leg swelling and headaches. We use special pillow with circular cut-out to accommodate the growing tummy and to avoid pressure on baby.  It promotes sense of wellbeing and indirectly has positive impact on baby’s health as well.
