Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Physiotherapy & Massage Therapy:

1. Notice Period

24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of physiotherapy appointments. This allows the clinic to accommodate other patients and manage schedules effectively.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

Fee Structure: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee may be charged. This fee can vary by clinic but typically ranges from 50%of the session fee.

3. No-Show Policy

Definition: A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice.

Fee: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full session fee. This policy encourages accountability and respects the time of healthcare providers.

4. Exceptions

Emergency Situations: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hospitalization, severe illness). Clients should communicate these situations promptly. Fees can be waived if you reschedule your appointment instead of a cancellation. Exceptions can only be considered for few times, if repeated cancellations or rescheduling is done then 100% fee can be applied.
